ALFA WOOD GROUP AEVE is a family-run, private commercial group which was founded in 1981 and has been following a continuous upturn, making it the largest Wood Processing Industry in Greece and one of the most significant in the Balkans. ALFA WOOD GROUP continually adheres to the important core values: dynamism, loyalty, sense of responsibility and reliance.
Since the establishment, we have continued our development in building and mechanical infrastructure, research and production of new products and human resources. We are proud to now be represented by 39 partners around the world. Our main export target is the markets of Europe, the Balkans, the Middle East and North Africa. The groups participation in the international marketplace assists in supporting the Greek economy and promoting Greek products and services. The industry is fully equipped and ready to perform any actions relating to veneering, Laminating and other treatments and also have a quite wide open to markets with 39 partners in different countries.

Role in the project:
As board finishing and distributor, in the LIFE B3 FURN project ALFAWOOD will validate the properties of the B3 Board to meet market needs and will apply finishing techniques, i.e. lamination, veneering and lacquering making the B3 Board surface suitable for fine applications. They will also participate in the commercialisation.
